PICK UP Tennis

PICK UP Tennis is the starting point for all beginner players — a fun, social, and instant play experience designed to get you rallying and playing right away, even with no prior experience. Using modified equipment including 23” racquets, red balls, and a 36ft court, players learn the game through movement, rallies, scoring, and play before focusing heavily on traditional technique. It’s the perfect introduction to tennis in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Instructional Clinics

Designed for advanced beginners ready to build on the foundation developed in PICK UP Tennis. These clinics place a greater emphasis on proper technique, stroke development, footwork, and fundamentals while continuing to develop consistency and confidence. Players are grouped by ability and guided through progressive instruction designed to help them improve technically, rally more effectively, and prepare for match play and competition.

This program is designed for experienced players (2.5 NTRP & above) who are looking to take their game to the next level!

If you are looking to improve your tactical skills both as a single and doubles player, this program is for you!

Cardio Tennis

A high-energy tennis based fitness activity that delivers the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning workout for both new & experienced players with consideration to varying levels of fitness.
